Installation:
- Extract the vehicles.awc file to your desktop (or wherever you prefer)
- Use Open IV and navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx
- Open up RESIDENT.rpf
- Enable edit mode and right-click on the vehicles.awc file, choose replace
- Navigate to wherever you placed the vehicles.awc (the one from the download) and choose it
- Disable edit mode and you are good to go!
