DOWNLOAD:

You will need OpenIV

Go to: GTA V/ mods/ update/ update.rpf/ common/ data (also in the read me)

Make sure you are in Edit Mode (on the top), and then just drag and drop the visualsettings.dat file there.

You can use the visualsettings.dat for every Police Car, but these are recommended, as every Police Car has a different ELS Setting and Lightbar
