I've been too busy to get around to this for the time being, those with technical knowledge can figure out what to do to get the lights looking like this. I'm using VisualV of course.
My visualsettings looks like this for the emissive.
car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 450.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 180.00
I'm sharing 3 of my ini files, for the time being, should be all you need besides visualsettings. This works with Reshade 3, the 'Realistic Emergency Lighting V2.0' goes in the root folder, and is for Reshade 3, I've been wanting to update this mod, but have been too busy. Nevertheless, it works as it is now. When I update it, I will include better instructions
