“There was a time that even a quick glance at a SAHP Vapid Stanier was enough to make everyone at the Del Perro Freeway drive like grannies. Nowadays that role was taken by the Vapid Scout. If you are a SAHP recruit and thinks the Scout is too soccer mom, just make sure to score dead last in you class at the academy, and you might just be lucky enough to be assigned to the Alamo Sea, where the Stanier is still in service”

This is a new SAHP Vapid stanier, modeled after the late-2000s CVPIs used by the CHP. Model is a heavy edit of 11john11's retro SAHP Stanier to make it more modern, as a few of these units are still in service for volunteer units and remote areas.

V2.0 adds new props, textures, adds middle brake light and fixes the light patter as requested
