Extract files to desktop, open OPEN IV, Edit Mode, new, import openformats, import both windsor2.oac and windsor2npc.oac
MUST CHANGE VEHICLES.META FILE AUDIOHASH TO WINDSOR2
FAQ:
Q: How do I get the exhaust sound to work?
A: This is a mod for the game and requires a game update. The only way to get it working is to wait for an update, or install the mod to a different game profile (if you have multiple ones) and then change mods in OpenIV .
Q: Why isn't my car making any sounds?
A: Make sure your car is in a DLC that has the Hellcat model. To check this go into your garage and look at the vehicle selection screen. You should see "Hellcat" under the vehicle list if you are running that DLC.
Q: What are all of these mods for?
A: This mod adds a Hellcat Challenger SRT Demon (SXT) model, and adds new sfx for it. The SRT Hellcat is not included in the game, so this mod gives you more of an authentic experience when driving one around San Andreas.
