With this mod, this CRAZY tsunami can literally flood the ENTIRE of Los Santos all the way to the top of Mount Chilliad!
Z-value: 760.0 (depends on the water level)
How to install:
1. Download this mod and extract it to your files.
2. Go to OpenIV .
3. Go to GTA V/mods/common.rpf/data/levels/gta5, and then go to edit mode and REPLACE the water.xml file with the downloaded water.xml (which should say "z-value: 760.0")
4. After you replaced the water.xml file, close out of OpenIV and launch the game.
(I also recommend you put the downloaded gamesaves to your GTA 5. Once you load the gamesaves, the player will spawn on the peak of Mt. Chilliad.)
