ENGLISH:

VisualELS makes your ELS lights look much better and brighter.

If you think it's too bright then use the other files [MEDIUM] and [LOW].

--installation--

1. You need OpenIV

2. Download VisualELS

3. Choose a version (Normal, Medium and low)

4.Drag and drop the .OIV file into the OpenIV folder

5. Then a download window with the heading VisualELS [Version] should open.

6. Click on Download

7. Then decide if you want to install the file in the mods folder or in the main gta 5 folder.

8. Then wait for the message that the mod was successfully installed.
