When It's Cold Outside - Snow Weather Variation Mod

Mod Changes:
v2.0
Changes to Fx on snow drop
Bigger more visible snow particles
Reduced the fog a bit due to lag issues
I have included v1 incase anyone doesnt like the changes :)
v1.0
New Weather Cycle now includes Xmas weather ONLY.
**No Blizzards or light snow**.
Bigger snow emitters, made them to lifesize.(might need some more work)
Cycle can be worked on for better flow.
Xmas weather now has beautiful haze with a great mist, more cloudy.
Xmas weather sunlight cut to half.(still needs work)
Fade out extended for snowflakes
For now im testing this one version.
Community feedback is needed!

Different versions:
1) Gentle slow falling snow
2) Windy Fast falling snow
3) Foggy snow day
4) Clear snow day
5) Blizzard?
6) ??
7) Timecycle rework
