Description

Recommended game version 1.0.678.1 or higher.

This mod provides cool but playable cars collisions.

Advantages over other same mods:

- More focused on crashing and breaking off parts/wheels, makes look of real life wreck.

- Balanced collision rate, no insane deformations which makes car unplayable after first hit (really annoying in other same mods) but better than default.

Technical advantages:

- Includes vehicles from all DLCs in one file! You don't need to copy or modify big DLC archives, only update.rpf.

Installation:

Using OpenIV .

Always make a backup or use mods folder!

Replace handling.meta in [GTA5 FOLDER]\(mods\)update\update.rpf\common\data folder.

Alternative installation, if you don't want to lose handling.meta mods (like "Real Handling"):

1. Download Wrecker Cars Patcher (virustotal).

2. Put your handling.meta (from another mod) in directory with program.

3. Run patcher, it will create "patched" folder with patched handling.meta

Tip: edited vehicles count depends on another mod's file, only vehicles which this file is contains will be patched.

Mod&Patcher v1.1:

- Excluded all aircrafts and boats because collisions acting weird with it

- Excluded bikes, no visible changes with mod

- Engines durability increased

Mod v1.2:

- Added some forgotten DLC vehicles

- Vehicles from IGG and Lowriders DLCs!

- Unused data removed

Mod v1.2 fixed:

- No more gameconfig.xml needed (tested on 1.0.678.1 game ver.)

Mod v1.3:

- Added vehicles from all latest DLCs up to "Adventures in Finance and Felony"
